குருகுல வேதாந்த பயிற்சி (தமிழ்-ஆங்கிலம்)

வேதாந்த சத்தியங்களை தமிழில் நன்கு அறிந்து, புரிந்து, வாழ்வில் நடைமுறைபடுத்திக் கொள்ள சி்ன்மயா மிஷன் அரியதொரு வாய்ப்பினை ஏற்படுத்தித் தருகிறது. இதை நன்கு பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள சின்மயா மிஷன், புதுச்சேரி சாதகர்களை அன்புடன் அழைக்கிறது.

சின்மயா மிஷன், சாந்தீபனி வித்யாமந்திர், கோயம்புத்தூரில் நடைபெற இருக்கும் முழுநேர இரண்டு வருடகால குருகுல வேதாந்தப் பயிற்சிக்கு விண்ணப்பங்கள் வரவேற்கப்படுகிறது. செப்டம்பர் 2, 2012 அன்று துவங்க இருக்கும் இந்த இரண்டு வருட பயிற்சி தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் நடைபெறும். விருப்பமுள்ள சாதகர்கள் சாந்தீபனி வித்யாமந்திர் ஆசிரமத்தில் தங்கி வேதாந்தந்தைப் பயில்வார்கள். ஆண், பெண் இருபாலரும், பல்கலைக்கழக பட்டதாரிகள், திருமணம் ஆகாதவர்கள், திருமணம் ஆனவர்கள் ஆனால் குடும்பப் பொறுப்புகளிலிருந்து விடுபட்டவர்கள், வயது வரம்பு 20 முதல் 30க்குட்பட்டவர்கள் இந்த பயிற்சிக்கு தகுதியானவர்கள். ஆர்வமுள்ளவர்களுக்கு வயதுவரம்பில் விதிவிலக்கு உண்டு. இப்பயிற்சிக்கு தேர்வாகும் சாதகர்களுக்கு தங்கும் வசதி, உணவு, பயிற்சி பாடப் புத்தகங்கள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ வசதி ஆகியவைகள் இலவசமாக அளிக்கப்படும்.

சின்மயா மிஷனின் அகில உலகத் தலைவரான பூஜ்ய ஸ்வாமி தேஜோமயானந்தர் அவர்கள் முக்கிய ஆச்சார்யராக இருப்பார். மேலும், ஸ்வாமி சிவயோகானந்தா அவர்கள் துணை ஆச்சார்யராக இருப்பார். இந்தப் பயிற்சியில் உபநிஷத்துக்கள், பகவத்கீதை, பல வேதாந்தம் மற்றும் பக்தி இலக்கியங்கள் ஆகியவைகள் அடக்கம்.

சின்மய சூர்யாவில் சின்மய ஜெயந்தி விழா (08.05.2012)

    அன்பின் வெளிப்பாடு சேவையாகும். இந்த வாக்கியத்திற்கு சிறந்த எடுத்துக்காட்டாய் விளங்கியவர் பூஜ்ய ஸ்வாமி சின்மயானந்தர். அன்பெனும் அழகான அஸ்திரமெடுத்து மனித இனம், நமது சமூகம் மற்றும்  கலாச்சாரம் ஆகியவைகள் அறவழியில் ஆன்மிகப்பாதையில் தழைத்து ஆரோக்கியமாய் வளர தனது வாழ்நாள் முழுவதையும் அர்ப்பணித்தவர். அப்பேற்பட்ட மகானின் ஜென்ம தினமான மே-8 தினத்தை, உலகமெங்கும் சின்மய பக்தர்கள் அந்நாளை ‘சேவை தினம்’ என கருதி விமரிசையாக கொண்டாடி வருகிறார்கள்.

இதனையொட்டி, சின்மயா மிஷன், புதுச்சேரியும் அந்நாளை சிறப்பாய் கொண்டாட திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. 06.05.2012 (ஞாயிறு) அன்று ரத்த தானம் முகாம் ஒன்று 108, கிருஷ்ணா நகர் மெயின் ரோடு, 17வது குறுக்கு, புதுச்சேரி -8 என்ற விலாசத்தில் அமைந்த சின்மய சூர்யாவில் காலை 9.30 முதல் 12.30 மணி வரை நடந்தது. இந்த உன்னதப் பணியில் 70 நபர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு ரத்த தானம் அளித்தனர்.

      மேலும், 8.5.2012 (செவ்வாய் கிழமை) அன்று பகல் 1 மணியளவில் ப்ரஹ்மசாரிணி ஸ்ருதி சைதன்யா, ப்ரஹ்மசாரிணி சாந்தி, திரு. நடராஜன், திரு பாஸ்கரன், அவர்களது முன்னிலையில் ஜிப்மர் வளாகத்தில் சுமார் 500 பேருக்கு அன்னதானம் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

மேலும், மாலை 6.30 மணியளவில் சின்மய சூர்யாவில் பாதுகா பூஜை, மற்றும் சத்தங்கம் நடந்தது. இதில் பக்தர்கள் பலர் கலந்துகொண்டு குருதேவரின் ஆசி பெற்றனர்.

Universal Welfare
Knowledge is power. Hence knowledge is meant for the benefit of the totality. If knowledge becomes a means to fatten one's ego, and if knowledge is used as a sword of destruction, the very purpose of knowledge is lost. Beware for such wrongly wielded knowledge that destroys the very wielder. 

The purpose of knowledge is presented through the story of young Ashtavakra, and Bandi - the scholar in King Janaka's court. On repeated asking, when Ashtavakra hears from his mother Sujata that his father - Rishi Kaahod was once defeated by Bandi in Janaka's court, and had to give up his life to fulfil the condition laid down by Bandi, Ashtavakra resolves to educate Bandi and other scholars in Janaka's court on the purpose of knowledge. 

When Bandi is defeated and when he rises to end his life, Ashtavakra forgives him, and declares that the scriptures are not weapons to establish one's superiority, but are to be used for welfare of humanity.
